(Video): Chelsea UCL Victory Celebration Video Emerges

The celebration video of Chelsea Football Club after winning the UEFA Champions League against Manchester City has been released.

Chelsea played against Manchester City in Porto on Saturday in an epic final to close the club most competitive competition.

The Blues triumph over City courtesy of 1-0 goal scored by Chelsea German attacker in the first half, Kai Harvertz. The solely goal separated the two teams in the night in Portugal.

The win make Chelsea a two time winner of the elite competition in Europe and the match makes them a third time appearance in the final of the competition.

However, a video have surfaced online about Chelsea triumph of Manchester City. The video captured moment the team flew to Portugal, their arrival, some key moments during the match, triumphant celebration and eventual returned to Stamford Bridge for all important celebration.
