Rangnick unveil UEFA Champions League Knockout State Plan Ahead of Draw

New Manchester United manager, Rangnick has opined on the knock stage of the UEFA Champions League matched for the club.

Rangnick has just concluded the first two matches of his Manchester United job. He won his first match against Crystal Palace in the English Premier League and his team drew 1-1 with Young Boys of Switzerland on Wednesday night.

All managers remaining in the Europe elite competition are hopeful to draw a less strong opponent in the knock out phase of the competition. As Manchester United awaits their opponent when the draw is conducted, the United boss is willing to play any team drawn as opponent.

Manchester United emerged winner of her group and they are expected to draw a second runner’s up in the round 16.

The Red side of Manchester club manager has said according to Sports Apex that United will approach opposition with positive mind.

The epaper quoted Rangnick as saying, “We have positive minds and we will approach every match with positivity. We’ve respect for our opponent and we are not scared to play our football.

” We will play every game with winner mentality. We just hope we express ourselves on the pitch”.

When Rangnick was quizzed on the role of Cristiano Ronaldo in the club. The Portuguese is above 35 years and many pundit claimed the star player is less active when compare with his younger age.

Sports Apex quoted Rangnick as saying, “Cristiano will be the arrow Head of the team. We all know is a winner and he has demonstrated with Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus.

” His presence could be terrifying for opposition defender. We will play him in the position that will bring results and glory to Manchester”.
