Before this day, I’ve tried hard to upload the letter on my port. This was a difficult tasks for me because this was carried out many times. Since the day the headteacher of my school signed, I’ve been doing this. I napped my signed letter using my phone camera. This didn’t work as it failed on uploading.
I downloaded several online scanner from Google play store, my signed letter was not accepted on the portal as several attempts to achieve that failed.

Today as I forged hard to achieve this, I approached a photocopier who use standard photocopy machine to scanned the signed letter. As I login to the port and uploaded the signed letter. The system accepted the document it has been rejected severally in the past five days.

My observation is that, the portal didn’t accept document from online scanners or snapped document. Beneficiaries should endeavour to scan their signed letter and re-upload. That was how I was able to achieve my today.
