How To Get A Work Visa For Canada
Applicants for work visas must obtain a letter of employment or job offer from a Canadian employer who may require approval of a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before hiring you.
Additionally, you will need to provide evidence that you meet the requirements of the job offer.
A spouse or common-law partner, or a child under the age of 18, may be able to apply for an open work permit without submitting an employment offer.
