QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS
In every position as advertised by the management of the Covenant University, appropriate skills, orientation are required for the positions at every discipline with an enviable teaching capabilities backed by a proof of research work and experiences.
. PROFESSORIAL: Specialization with Ph.D degree in that disciplined candidate applied. Evidence of publications, project, execution and monitoring with excellent administrative leadership skill. As an addition, not less than 10 years of experience at relevant teaching work .
. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR ( READER): the requirements for this position is the same as that of Professor, a minimum of 8 years of experience, relevant teaching and research.
. SENIOR LECTURER: The minimum work experience required is 5, and other requirements is as the same as that of professor above.
. LECTURER 1: Minimum of 2 years working experience with a Ph.D degree in the relevant field with a scholarly publication evidence.
. LECTURER 2: Ph.D degree the peak requirements. Fresh Ph.D students won’t be evaluated on publication basis.
. ASSISTANT LECTURER: Only a master degree is needed with a high CGPA suitable for Ph.D programme with a satisfactory college and department that skills suitable for academics.
