National Social Investment program through the appointment of 5,000 independent monitors has commenced massive supervision and visit all the Places of Primary Assignment (PPA) of over 510,000 beneficiaries of the Federal Government Empowerment Program-Npower
The appointed independent monitors would visit all PPA and report directly to their Focal Point officers in the 36 states and FCT, who in turn report to NASIMS for immediate action.

Any beneficiaries caught would be placed on hold and stipends would not be paid. Beneficiaries who report twice or absconding from PPA will be discontinued from the program.
This is not a manhunt, but a check to see that, the beneficiaries are living up to expectations, and Terms and conditions for their appointment are fulfilled.
