ICPC Selection Process – The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission ICPC has revealed four step process for 2021 recruitment.
The commission has received has a huge application from Nigerians glowing the advertisement made to recruit into the commission. The application portal was flooded with application from Nigerians in different states in Nigeria.
ICPC had initially noted that there are few spaces for recruitment even as the Commission open Port for recruitment. The huge number of application received prompted the commission to revealed a four step process to narrow down the number of intakes to what the commission needs.
ICPC Selection Process – Four Step Selection Process For 2021 Recruitment
There are four steps ICPC applicants would pass through before acceptance into the commission. The four steps selection process was revealed by ICPC and made available to all applicants.

Step One Selection ‘ Online Assessment’:
Every applicants that applied for ICPC recruitment will undergo four selection process in other to streamline the number of applicants. The first step process is applicants will undergo ONLINE ASSESSMENT test. This will qualify applicants for the next step depending on the pass mark ICPC pegged.

Step Two Selection ‘Computer-Based Aptitude Test’:
Applicant who passed ICPC pass mark would proceed to take computer based test. This is what birthed the second invitation messages some applicants received after taken the first test.
Step Three Selection ‘Written Assessment’:
In a bid to streamline the number of applicants that are still available with ICPC. The commission would subject applicants to step Three Selection Process which is written assessment. The Commission would sets a pass scores for this. Only applicants that meet or beats the pass scores would partake in the fourth step of selection process.
Step Four ‘Oral Interview’:
The last step will be oral interview. The applicants that succeed the step to step three would undertake the last step which oral Interview. The successful applicants on the stage will be offered the ICPC job.
