The federal Road safety Commission has issued a critical alert on how individual can determine the authenticity of their car, motorcycle number plate.
The guidelines to determine the authenticity was related on Monday by the federal Road Safety Commission FRSC on their website and on their social media pages.
The notification reads;
“To determine the authenticity of your car number plate, flow these simple steps.
. Go to https://nvis.frsc.gov.ng/
. Enter your number in the space provided e.g, ABC863AP
. Click on very button. Then an information will be displayed below in the button. Because FRSC did not want the general public to see the full details of the registration, you will only see the name of your car and the date of registration.
Note: Verify yourself first and sorts yourself out. Also note that this Verification is applicable to the number plate with this formate ABC123AB not AB123ABC.
