Apply For Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Scholarship – The Federal Government of Nigeria has begun the Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship for eligible Nigerians.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship is ongoing for communities impacted with severe oil spill and ex-agitators in the country.

The Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship covers both under graduate and post graduates studies for eligible and intending Beneficiaries in the country. The programme is aimed at building human capacity development that would be relevant to the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria.

Applicant who partake and successfully finished his or her studies through this programme will be bonded to a one year community service in the Niger-Delta region of Nigeria.

Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship Eligibility and Requirements for application

—These are for undergraduates studies;

. WASSCE or NECO result with minimum of 5 credit passes in English and Mathematics

. Applicants admission letter is compulsory

. Applicant Local Government Area identification

. Applicants Birth Certificate / Age Declaration

—These are for Master’s Degree studies;

In addition to the above requirements, applicants should also provide the following;

. Undergraduate statement of result

. Transcript of first Degree

. Master degree result or Certificate

. Letter of Admission

. Statement of Purpose

General Requirements for All Applicants 

. Ex-agitators must have a UN Code

. Applicants are expected to submit their application within the stipulated period

. Those applicants who meets the requirements will be called for a pre-qualification test, their documents also will be subjected to verification.

After applicants have successfully passed the above qualification, Applicants will be awarded the Presidential Amnesty Programme scholarship.
